Why Us

Gwadar today is a sleepy town in the Makran division of Balochistan province with pristine beaches, plenty of sunshine, cliffs and mountains. Its geo-strategic location makes it an extremely attractive location for transit traffic and trade to North and Central Asia, Iran and the Middle East, placing Gwadar Port at the hub of economic activity in the region.

The Government has already initiated several mega development projects including Gwadar Deep Sea Port, an International Airport, fruit and vegetable market, Navy University, Cantonment Board and a 653-km Makran Coastal Highway linking Karachi to Gwadar and going upto Pak-Iran border. Gwadar Golden Palms is the premium and the largest residential and commercial scheme in Gwadar.
